When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer Internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 4 - ONLINE STORE


Our online store is hosted by Shift4Shop. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:


If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, the online store transmits your credit card data. The store data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.



SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES


In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

At this stage no uniform technology stanrd for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other machanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice. 


11. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?


In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whome we have the information in our system. We will only use personal information provided in your reuqest to verify your idnetity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. If, however, we cannot verify your itentity from the information already maintained by us we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you. 


Other privacy rights

  • You may request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant, or ask to restrict the processing of the data

  • You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your helaf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with the CCPA.
